We openly welcome all feedback as an opportunity to improve.

Though on the whole we receive a great deal of positive feedback from our customers 🙌 at times - we don't quite hit the mark. This is an opportunity for us to improve, and we welcome constructive feedback. Internally we have a process:

1. Resolve the immediate issue
2. Establish what exactly happened
3. Work out what went wrong in the process
4. Change the process so that it doesn't happen again
