Resolutions
Though on the whole we receive a great deal of positive feedback from our customers, at times - we don't quite hit the mark. This is an opportunity for us to improve, and we welcome constructive feedback. Internally we have an 'oops' process:
1. Resolve the immediate issue Most issues can be resolve quickly and informally. For more serious matters, take the decision to follow a more formal framework as provided by the CPSU, which you can view . Details are securely stored in accordance with DBS protocol, and are not disclosed to third parties. As per section 145 of Keeping Children Safe in Education 2018, schools should seek this statement from any partner organisations as written confirmation that the relevant checks have been done. If you have any concerns regarding whether an individual is a genuine Tiger Martial Arts employee, or have any questions regarding our Safeguarding Policy, then please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
We openly welcome all feedback as an opportunity to improve.
2. Establish what exactly happened
3. Work out what went wrong in the process to allow this to happen
4. Change something in the process so that it doens't happen again
