We believe martial arts is about more than just kicking and punching

We give students the focus and confidence to achieve in all areas of their lives.  Yes, you can learn to take care of yourself in dangerous situations, but really it’s about learning to use your mind and body like a martial artist - learn how to control your body and your mind, and you will be set up for life.
We are a Freestyle Tae Kwon-Do organisation, based in the South West, with clubs in and around Bristol, Bath, Wiltshire and North East Somerset.  Our bespoke syllabus is designed to bring strong values to the training hall, whilst delivering competition-level sparring training, a progressive fitness program, and the highest quality in martial arts self-defence tuition.

    Our bespoke Tiger Fitness Test develops and tracks our students’ fitness in the areas that make the biggest difference.
