We are a Freestyle Tae Kwon-Do organisation, based in the South West, with clubs in and around Bristol, Keynsham, Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset.  Our bespoke syllabus which incorporates Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Thai-Boxing, Karate, Kung-Fu and MMA is designed to bring strong values to the training hall, whilst delivering competition-level sparring training, a progressive fitness program, and the highest quality in martial arts self-defence tuition.
